Customer satisfaction comes first in our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, please contact us. We will try to help you resolve the problem or, if this is not possible, we will refund the amount you have paid.
Under current legislation, you can only claim a refund under certain conditions. We can only refund the price of the software if you have not yet used the product key or COA sticker. This means that:
- If you have ordered electronic or scanned COA sticker licenses, you can only request a refund if you have not yet received an email with the download link and activation code (for electronic licenses) or the scanned COA sticker (for scanned COA sticker licenses).
- If you ordered COA sticker licenses, you can only claim a refund if you have not yet received the package, or if you have received it but have not yet scraped off the protective layer on the sticker.
If these conditions are met, please send us an email to licencek@softdirect.hu with the order number, product name and reason. Our staff will get back to you shortly and provide you with further information.
