If you cannot install or activate the product you ordered, please do not worry. In most cases the problem can be solved easily. Please follow the steps below:
- Make sure you have copied the download link and activation code correctly. Make sure there are no unnecessary spaces or other characters.
- Check that the product is compatible with your operating system and hardware. Check the product description and system requirements on our website.
- Check that there is no other software installed on your computer that could interfere with the installation or activation. For example, antivirus programs, firewalls or other Microsoft Office versions.
- Check that you have enough free space on your hard disk to install. If necessary, delete some unnecessary files or programs.
- Check your internet connection. If it is slow or disconnected, try restarting the router or connecting to another network.
- Try restarting your computer and repeat the installation or activation.
