The My Account page is the central customer panel in the SoftDirect webshop. Here you can view your previous orders, edit addresses and payment details. On the My Account page you can access the following menu items:
- Dashboard: here you can see your current order status and your recent orders and invoices. You can also log out of your account here.
- Orders: here you can see all the orders you have placed in the online shop. Click on an order to see more detailed information about it, such as the list of products, price, shipping and payment methods, and delivery address. You can also download the invoice in PDF format here.
- Downloads: here you can see all the downloadable products you have purchased. Click on a product to start the download. Note that each product has an expiry date and a maximum number of downloads.
- Addresses: here you can view and edit your billing and shipping addresses. Click Edit to edit the information. Click the Edit button to select the address and click Save.
- Account details: here you can view and edit your account details, such as your email address, password and display name. Remember to save your changes.
- Log out: here you can log out of your account.
