Customer service helped me in several steps. Payment is fast, I have not used Paylike card payment before, but it worked reliably. Soon after they sent me the code, scanned sticker, e-invoice. You can also download everything later, using the links provided, or pick up the physical sticker later. Installation is quick, I downloaded the image file from the Microsoft site to a thumb drive at the link provided. Windows 10 only asked 1x for the serial number at the start of the installation, didn't need to enter it in the installed program, it states that Windows is activated.

It is advisable to find out in advance whether the product you want to order is in stock, so that you don't end up like me. I asked for a USB flash drive installer due to the lack of an installation disk, and then spent two weeks staring at the "in process" status of my order. Even after repeated phone calls, I was still not told when they would ship, saying they didn't have the drive in stock. Finally I asked for the code by e-mail and asked around to see who could print out the ISO file downloaded from Microsoft. The code was accepted, no problem. ... in the end, the pen-drive and sticker arrived after 3 and a half weeks... so I give it 3 stars, and only because the customer service was helpful.
